Life is a gift from God.  Life is not an accident.  “As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of your youth.” As parents, what foundation do you provide before, during and after birth for this to happen? How do you nurture your child? Will you train up the child to be a mighty man or woman of God, to be a blessing to the family and to the society.  Or will you train him up to be an instrument of death and destruction.

Life circumstances from conception, in the womb, at birth and after birth can either positively or negatively affect our children’s growth and health.  We may also carry toxic mindsets from our parents or past experiences that can negatively affect our child.

Jesus came to give us life abundantly but the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy. Will we nurture our child in a loving, safe, caring and trusting environment, and help him to develop godly character and self-control to be all that God has called him to be and to be a blessing to society?

“The Gift of Life” book will help you to navigate this journey of raising a godly family.

In the realm of the Spirit miracles are occurring every second. One of the greatest and recurring miracles is the creation of humankind and his existence on the earth. God has further endorsed the importance of human life and existence by sending Jesus to die for man’s redemption.

Testimonies

Gifts come in many different packages and forms. They are sought, bought and presented. I believe that life is a beautiful gift that many trivialize and even lament about.

Dr. Elizabeth Primus is a gift to the Body of Christ and, by extension, the world! In her book, The Gift of life, she tastefully penned the intricate workings of human life. Her medical and spiritual understanding of the human body, soul and spirt will leave an indelible mark on your life that is second to none. The Gift of Life is the perfect gift to yourself if you want to experience another level of human existence! Marsha Pedro 14/9/2020

This book is an important tool for every believer, every parent, grandparent, aunty, uncle indeed anyone who is part of a family as it takes the reader on a clear and descriptive journey exploring and explaining our sovereign LORD’s gift of life.  The first section through God’s Word, shows the origins of many of the problems and difficult conditions which can severely affect our health and well-being. However, it does not leave us hopeless.  For due to the sovereignty, mercy and grace of God we who obey God and accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour, make a decision to choose to truly embrace (everlasting) life over death and the opportunity for good quality spiritual, emotional and physical health while here on earth.

The book is beautifully arranged and easy to follow from a child’s birth to the role of the father and the mother in the child’s life and the many traumas in life that can negatively affect the family ranging from abuse to divorce and financial crisis. Dr. Primus lays out the many ways that a Christian family can nurture each other through loving relationships, all guided by having a strong and solid relationship with God. She also shows how by either following or not following the principles of God’s Word the Christian family can greatly impact the church and society in either a positive or negative manner. This book clearly shows that we as believers have the formula and the world desperately needs it right now. It illustrates that God’s way is not only the best way, it is the only way forward. J. It was very helpful to me. I did the exercises of identifying the family problems and weaknesses and curses.  This was a great eye opener.  I prayed intensely for each of my children as never before on those issues and truly believe that we were delivered from much.  My heartfelt thanks and gratitude Elizabeth.
